Porque temos o sentimento de ansiedade?

É comum ficarmos com muita vontade de algo que sempre queremos muito, porém às vezes acabamos querendo tanto e só pensando no dia e no que irá acontecer que acabamos ficando ansiosas. A ansiedade normalmente é gerada por algum tipo de medo. Sempre sonhamos com algo, mas às vezes temos medo disso e quando isso está prestes a acontecer ficamos tão ansiosas que não comemos, fazemos tudo muito rápido, brigamos com os outros, sentimos aquele friozinho na barriga, não dormimos, ficamos elétricas e etc. A ansiedade normalmente faz você viver ou o futuro ou o passado e nunca o presente e com isso a pessoa acaba comendo muito mais. Na TPM a ansiedade se torna ainda mais comum, pois queremos que aquele período suma logo e acontece o contrário, pois parece que tudo demora ainda mais. As pessoas ansiosas comem demais ou às vezes não comem, roem as unhas, andam de um lado para o outro, fala muito rápido e etc. A ansiedade faz com que a pessoa envelheça mais rápido, pois a ansiedade está ligada com o estresse e o nervosismo e tudo isso gera radicais livres dentro do nosso organismo e esses fazem uma destruição e com isso acabamos ficando com a aparência de acabada e bem mais velha do que a idade certa. Os ansiosos adoram antecipar tudo e sempre que se empolgam com algo ficam noites e noites sem dormir. Para mudar essas atitudes as pessoas devem tentar acalmar essa emoção, pois somente assim você consegue encontrar a felicidade e o equilíbrio emocional. A ansiedade causa diversos problemas como depressão e pânico. Acabe com isso de uma vez!
